H.S.H. Reigning Prince Hans-Adam II of Liechtenstein (Chairman)
H.S.H. Prince Hans-Adam II has been the Reigning Prince of Liechtenstein since 1989, when he assumed the regency upon the death of his father, H.S.H. Prince Franz Joseph II. He led Liechtenstein successfully to its membership in the United Nations in 1990 and the European Economic Area (EEA) in 1995. Since appointing H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois in 2004 his permanent representative for exercising his sovereign powers in preparation for the succession to the throne, H.S.H. Prince Hans-Adam II has devoted himself increasingly to managing the assets of the Princely House. H.S.H. Prince Hans-Adam II studied Business and Economics at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois of Liechtenstein
H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois has been performing the duties of Head of State of the Principality of Liechtenstein since 2004 upon his appointment by H.S.H. Prince Hans-Adam II as his permanent representative for exercising his sovereign powers. Before this appointment, H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois worked in the financial sector in London, and thereafter devoted himself to managing the assets of the Princely House. H.S.H. Hereditary Prince Alois graduated the Royal Military Academy at Sandhurst, and received his legal education at Salzburg University.

Dr. Daniel Levin
Daniel Levin has been advising governments and development agencies worldwide in the development of their financial and capital markets as well as numerous political and economic matters, including country debt restructurings, privatizations, trade negotiations, failures of financial institutions and regulatory/supervisory agencies, and conflict resolution.
Dr. Levin regularly lectures at universities and conferences on topics relating to financial literacy, economic reform, capital markets development, strengthening of supervisory institutions, financial integrity and ethics, and conflicts between secular and religious legal systems. He is the recipient of several prizes and awards relating to his academic and advisory work. Dr. Levin received his legal education at the University of Zürich, Switzerland and Columbia University School of Law.
